No sideboard found.

The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

Big creatures, Fling them.... burn your opponent and sack as much of their creatures as possible. Im looking for any advice people are willing to offer. This deck does well most of the time, but it gets owned by control, C-spells, and creature themed decks like clerics.

Deck discussion for Persecutor/Fling

Control decks are probably always going to own this simply because that's what they do. All of your other problems can be solved by adding more creatures. You can't really build a "Fling" deck with only 10 creatures.

Vexing Shusher will shut down counterspells

Bloodshot Cyclops, Brion Stoutarm, Soul's Fire, and Arena/Magus of the Arena will give you more Fling-iness

Creatures with fading (Ancient Hydra, Phyrexian Prowler, Keldon Marauders, Lavacore Elemental, Waning Wurm) or echo (Keldon Vandals, Shah of Naar Isle, Volcano Hellion) will give you big creatures for cheap. Persist is also a good option.

Endless Whispers would also be funny with the Persecutor.

Isocron Septer + Fling
And I would say at least another 4 creatures but I have to agree with roughneck and say you have to few
