I definitely aggree. I would also recommend dream eater and doom whisperer.
i would recomend adding in vexing devil, lava spike and some card draw to refill your hand with burn spells. Risk factor is a OK option for that. Also, clifftop retreat is a better land than inspiring vantage if you take out arid mesa, and replace with mountains and stuff. I would do that because the deck is only two colors and you already have eight two colour lands in it. My last suggestion is maybe hazoret, as you should be able to play and attack with him turn 4 and he helps you survive late game.

add in some creature protection, removal early game destroys this deck.
In the sideboard i would replace the artefact hate with goblin rabblemaster. I would also definitely maindeck goblin rabblemaster.
also, the deck needs way better horses. Pegasus courser and mesa unicorn are terrible. crested sunmare should also be a 4 of in this deck.
take out all the dragons except thunderbreak regent. Then put in four copies of thundermaw hellkite, four copies of glorybringer and 4 copies of stormbreath dragon. Then take out by force and crash through, and put in copies of dragonlords servant, sarkhan fireblood and Chandra torch of defiance. If you are willing to spend money you could put in 4 copies of cavern of souls, as it gives your dragons immunity to control decks. If you want more ramp (and you should) then I would put in some copies of pyretic ritual.
you need more cards with madness in the deck. I would take out hazoret and replace with dread wanderer.
needs more artefacts.
