hmm, if i can get my hands on the some of the rares in this deck anytime soon i'll play it against my soon-completed sliver deck. how does it normally rank in tourneys around your area, and what's the metagame like there too?
only played in 1 tourny with it came in 4th out of 18ppl but i had no sideboard to add in which hurt me. But when planar chaos comes out im ripping this thing apart and remakin it lol.
Ophidian eye on niv-mizzet = infinite damage and draw. duh!
Just a thought with the new stuff that's out. Forsee is basically an Index and a Counsel of the Soratami in one...great in Niv-Mizzet decks. Also, Vedalken Aethermage would be uber nifty here with it's wizardcycling.

i agree with the ophidian eye, and try two more niv-mizzets, draw one card deal 4 damage, 5 cards is game, and 20 is garranteed death
To the last comment, Niv-mizzet is a legendary, and therefore he's only gonna be able to have ONE out to take advantage of its ability. Curiosity is definitely better than ophidian eye for that purpose, I agree with fuzzyducky.
another useful card to increase ur chances of infinite damage would be quicksilver dagger
