Pretty good izzet deck although i think stitch in time is sucky as your fate is based on a flip of a coin - time warp is much better although more expensive.

The problem is, is that this deck is too slow - your cheapest creature is converted cost three mana and it's a 1/1. thats pretty bad against most decks. Against a white weanie deck, token deck, aggro deck or even some standard speed decks your going to be overrun. You would stand a chance against a control deck though.

You have no consistency - you will never draw the cards you want to draw! I suggest you restructure your deck by taking it apart and working from the beginning. Decide what you want your deck to do, and build around that central theme. Also try to build in mostly in threes and fours and not in 1s.

Raging goblin is a terrible card and should never be used !!! Add seige gang commando, goblin outlander, or even dragon fodder for a more suitable change.

Rakka mar is way better than wand of the elements in your deck. Rakk mar is a 2/2 with haste and has tap this creature put a 3/1 elemental token with haste into play, it costs 2 mountains and two colourless. Crazy lol

i would add some of the new m10 dual lands to add more consistency. Put it this way, if you don't get noble hierarch in your opening hand or on your second draw, you could be screwed as you have lots pf multicoloured permanents.

You need walls to make this deck more effective as your creature base is weak> the idea of the walls is to stall the opponent and at the same time mill them. Add more land too. a deck should never have 18 land really.

add the m10 dual lands rather than the terramorphic expanses - rootbound crag and sunpetal grove are much better !

you need around 23 land for a mono coloured 60 card deck. with an inadvisable 70 card deck such as yours, you need around 27. your better off making it 60 cards anyway as its much more consistent.
