add some spot removal (path to exile) and pacifism and as Boris mentioned add the artifact lands + get rid of rupture spires they're really for four or five colour decks.
m10 dual alnds are good as well

what is your deck trying to achieve - also its a bad idea to have black and white knight in the same deck with your mana base you may find in some games that its hard to cast black knight early - which is when you need it

add regal force its (GGG and 4 colourless for a creature who allows you to draw cards equal to the number of green creatures you control and its a 5/5

not only is your land way too short it's incredibly slow - every land is coming into play tapped.

I suggest you get rid of the necropolises as the blue mana only helps the kredekt kreeper and the grim blades. get rid of the kredekt kreeper and the grimblades and switch for jund hackblades and sprouting thrinax.

Increase your land too 22 - have 4 savage lands, 2 rootbound crag, 2 dragonskull summits and the corresponding forests, mountains and swamps. This will speed your deck up considerably

You do realise that Kresh will not get bigger when opponents DISCARD cards as they have to leave play.

you can only have 4 four nonbasic lands in your deck. So you certainly can't have 12 hubs in your deck !
