This is a straight forward Dragonstorm into Bogardan Hellkite deck.
The goal is to get the god hand to cast Dragonstorm on turn one, which means double lotus petal, crack one to cast rite of flame, then use this mana for another rite of flame which will leave you as this point with 4 mana and storm count of 4, then use that mane for seething song which will leave you at 6 mana with 5 storm count, then crack the second petal for dark ritual for the 9 manas and a storm count of 6 and then play Dragonstorm for 7 dragons. You get the 4 Bogardan Hellkite to deal 20 damage to your opponent then if that's not enough, you get 1 Karrthus and 2 Hellkite Overlord on top to swing in in the air for 43. Nice 63 damage on turn one, on the play with no lands. The second petal can be replaced with a land, it will just have a storm count of 5, so 6 dragons in the end rather then 7 that's all.

There's a problem with this deck I'd like to point out, Geosurge's mana can only be used on creature and artifact spells, so you can't use its mana on any of the instant or sorcery spells that ramp up your mana.I have a Dragonstorm deck and I run a set of Kokusho, the Evening Star in addition to the Bogardan Hellkites. 4 Kokushos is all (if not, most) opponents dead in multiplayer and if the opponent(s) survive, you've gained at least 20 extra life :p
