Its 4 card combo if you count the trigger and doesnt need the commander. Sacrifice the Impostor of the sixth pride with the phyrexian altar and then sacrifice the created 1/1 spirit that transforms to 4/4 angel and repeat as much as you like gaining 4 life and 1 mana of any colour by every sacrifice.
