An unique take on Pox, but I'm not certain I would have been so bold as to tag it Tournament myself.I find your desire to draw cards, and the cost of life for such a rash action quite bizarre. Could you explain your reasoning? I've run Pox quite a long time, and generally I would view drawing cards as a detriment to the form of the deck when using the full allotment. It's certainly easy to understand in more aggressive Pox builds, or even in "Poxless Pox"(which uses only the Smallpoxes), but here I am simply left confused.

A shit load of filtering servers three functions. Digging for Lich's Mirror and mana excel for one, turning on Threshhold for optimum ramp, and having the damage at hand to die correctly with Lich's Mirror in play (mana stays in pool so you can continue to shotgun out Mirrors and Pox). Aggressively Pox until you die!
Legacy pox without wasteland, Lilliana of the veil, or crucible of worlds? Also no divining top, pox loves to run on no hand and some top deck filtering. And pox decks normally kill with shrieking affliction or a manland like mishra's factory while using urborg to make them tap for black in the mean time. Also no discard affects in a pox build besides pox itself? Because I too am with Jensdagon by being quite confused on how you expect to efficiently win.
