this is the hardest lock i could find that works consistently. uses winter orb (not surprisingly) and cheap counterspells, as well as the excellent combo between everflowing chalice and contagion clasp. the aim is to slowly poison out your opponent for very little mana, while countering everything they play. after checking the amounts of land, it turns out you really don't need very much. 18 and 2x lotus petal is fine.
