ok basically this is a re-vamped version of the deck that won the regionals last year. it uses time sieve and cantrip draw-artifacts along with open the vaults and a few other tricks. your strategy is to play out a borderpost, howling mine, a couple of cantrips and maybe a glaze fiend, and go for a next-turn cascade with time warp, time sieve and open the vaults. throw a salvage titan or two in there and it's a real stomper of a deck. side note: i don't own any planeswalkers cards, so they won't be in this deck. i know this lessens the quality of the deck somewhat but hey. it still works.

Why don't you replace some cards with Ornithopter. It would make this deck a whole lot faster.

the problem with ornithopter in this deck is that by itself, it doesn't actually do much. the other cantrip artifacts in this deck all have tech with the other cards, rather than just being a cheap stop-gap. however, i've thought about your advice and have decided to put two lotus petals in the deck instead of plains.
