This deck has an absolutely unbeatable combo which isn't immediately apparent when you look at it. Just read the steps below to win every game ever, turn 2. Keep in mind that the land use, although unorthodox, is absolutely necessary. I spent 13 hours figuring out the exact optimal number of islands, including proper printing, to include in this deck. To change the number of islands by even one, or the sets or artwork, would cause the entire deck to fall apart. Pre-game: *Consider picking up a brass or other breath-based instrument, or maybe swimming or even running or something. Strong lungs are not required, however you'll be happy you have them if you do. This is almost a requirement if you plan on winning an entire tournament with this deck. * You should also get yourself some water, and make sure there's a bathroom rather nearby. *make sure to breath evenly, setting up a regular, rhythmic breathing pattern will make your life slightly easier later. Turn 0: * Mulligan until you get redirect. Turn 1: * Play Island Turn 2: * Play Island * Tap both to play Redirect * Say as follows as you play Redirect: "I play Redirect to redirect Redirect to target Redirect to redirect Redirect to target Redirect..." Continue ad nauseum, until your opponent(s) surrender through sheer boredom. The water is important so your throat doesn't become dry, and the bathroom should be nearby so you continue to announce targeting (remember your middle school theater teacher telling you to project? And I bet some of you thought school wouldn't help with your private life...} while peeing. If someone tries to stop you simply stare at them as you continue. Maintain eye contact even if they back down. If someone curls up in the fetal position, whimpering and moaning, simply bend down and continue, but whispering tenderly into their ear. Dude no, just... no. You should have checked before announcing yourself the new magic messiah, which is rendered ridiculous at this point. 8/15/2010: If you cast Redirect targeting a spell that targets a spell on the stack (like Cancel does, for example), you can't change that spell's target to itself. You can, however, change that spell's target to Redirect. If you do, that spell will be countered when it tries to resolve because Redirect will have left the stack by then.

Believe it or not, I knew already that this was an illegal combo (although not for those reasons, more for less official game-stalling stuff, good on you for knowing the rules for that), it was and is far beyond the pathetic, human concepts of "seriousness" or "legitimacy."
