Theres room for another Bloodline Keeper, swap with a curse.
Neither of the two curses is better than the other in general. It might be a good idea to have only one type of curse in the deck, and then have the other curse in the sideboard.
Curse of the Pierced Heart is great with lightning bolts to play aggresively against opponents without a reliable/steady source of life gain.
Curse of Stalked Prey is great against opponents who rely little on creatures. It also goes nicely with the rest of the red Vampires in the deck.
