I've actually been running what is essentially this deck with more of an emphasis on strive spells for standard since Journey into Nyx came out, I'm working on updating it for Khans, but might end up taking it apart.

I actually prefer Ajani's Presence over Dauntless onslaught, it serves a slightly different purpose, but I think the increased versatility is worth paying 2 mana for 2 targets instead of 1 mana.

I'm also kind of torn on Icy Blast, its use is kind of restricted by the ferocious ability. If you used Glimpse of the Sun God instead you get a scry, but, you also get to target ALL of your heroic creatures (in addition to all of their blockers) with it if you have thaumaturge out regardless of whether you have a 4 power creature out, turning it into an amazing card. Icy Blast might be better because you can choose between keeping them tapped for 2 turns or keeping them tapped for 1 turn so that you can trigger all of your heroics, at the cost of giving them a turn to cast a new blocker.

I just noticed you only have 2 thaumaturge, which might make it not worth running Incremental Growth, maybe Reap What is Sown? It can be cast with less than 3 creatures on the field too, which is nice.

Yea, but it worked pretty well for my friend's deck. It seems like a better alternative to the straightforward bruising deck though, since you can't run the playset of Eidolon of Blossoms, Master of Feasts or Courser of Kruphix, the explosiveness and unexpectedness is fun too.

If you were willing to drop some of the enchantments for self-mill stuff like Satyr Wayfinder or Kruphix's Insight (which is essentially "Draw six cards and discard three of those cards" in this deck) you could run Strength from the Fallen, which can do some heavy work, especially when you get more than one out and something with trample (my friend uses lotleth troll). If you wanted to use Humbler of Mortals for trample you could run Font of Fertility, Market Festival, or whatever.

Agreed. It's also an enchantment, so it can trigger Eidolon of Blossoms.

In the same vein, I suggest Font of Fortunes instead of Divination. Font can trigger the Eidolon and can be triggered at instant speed for 2 mana for (predictable) combat tricks, and the option to save mana for a counterspell if they don't block because of the possible +2/+2.

Stratus walk might be good to get Chasm Skulker past blockers, too.
