Wow. I actually like Tibalt in this deck. This is really awesome, though I suggest you cut 2 Thunderous Wraths, a Faithless Looting, and a Desperate Ravings to bring the deck to 60 and add a Chandra's Phoenix. I also suggest you switch some Mountains for Sulfur Falls so you can flash back Desperate Ravings. Great job!

Id cut Devils play its not going to hit someone for very much considering your non miracles top out at 4 I'd also add reforge the soul
Need at least 2 more land. I would take out desperate raving. There is a burn spell that proliferates.
