Don't play on your turn. Do nothing on your turn. Just draw and untap. That's it. Nothing else. Make your opponent hate you because you are better than them at playing during their turn. I bet people will quit rather than play a whole match.

The true subtle nuance is to make calculated plays during the other person's turn so in that they begin to make critical errors...Ha.
