The goal of this deck is to truly overwhelm the opponent with replicate and storm brought together in glorious union. Obviously that's going to take a while, but still! The journey is half the fun. Unless you draw into Ignite memories while your opponent is sitting on BIG cards. Then it'll be rather quick. Plink monsters with replicate and finish off with big storm orgies of pain for the player. It's got card draw and scry to get you all giggy in the mood for damage. And a counterspell cause... It's blue... It's a sin to not include one.

What about storm?
Storm? What makes Grapeshot work and kill the opponent after playing all the spells? I have no idea.
Are you saying you don't know how a storm deck works or it is because of your opponent playing counter spells that increase your storm count that makes it work?
I know how storm decks work, the last comment was facetious. This is a blue red deck, it needs a counterspell. For the sake of having it. Blue is a dick color. That's why there's one in the main deck and one on sideboard.
