Maybe try Army of the Dammed as a finisher over Sorin's Vengeance.
Maybe try Invisible Stalker. Its unblockable is nice with Exalted.
You should use Invigorate. The opponent gains life, but that doesn't matter in Infect!
Maybe you should use Black Sun's Zenith or Killing Wave for emergency boardwipes and life drain with Blood Artist.
Maybe you should try Intangible Virtue to pump your tokens or Midnight Haunting for instant-speed flyers.
This deck seems cool, but maybe you should use Ulvenwald Tracker for reusable removal.
This seems cool, but maybe you could use a tapdown engine like Tamiyo, the Moon Sage or Frost Titan so you could tap down creatures then Assassinat them.
Maybe you should try Killing Wave for the synergy with your tokens and Blood Artist as well as burning out your opponent.

This seems like a fun lock-down kind of deck. Funny story in the description but what is your win condition? You might want to try a Platinum Angel that you can tutor for so you don't lose to your own Maralen.

I could see that working with Cloud Key naming artifact and then maybe a few Sol Rings to start it off. Sounds cool!
Jhoira's Timebug is good in Suspend stuff as well, though not as good as Paradox Haze. Maybe you should use Obliterate so you can blow s**t up and still have a suspended army.
Maybe you could use Favorable Winds to buff up your flyers even more :) Cool deck!
This deck seems good and fun, but maybe you can try Kitchen Finks for double lifegain or Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker for an infinite combo with Restoration Angel.
Maybe you should try Restoration Angel as another nice flicker ability. Nice deck :)
They seem like they have great synergy between the Blood Artists and the boardwipes. Cool deck(s) :)
Alternatively, play Army of the Dammed and attack for 26 next turn :P. I like the Vengevine idea and the Elf idea though.
