21 is a bit too FEW lands if anything. I suppose the rare lands could be basics and the Snapcasters could be Revives if on a budget. Thragtusks and Master Biomancers could be replaced with Fathom Mages.
Here's my honest worry: You have a lot of creatures with power and toughness all the same. I think you might want to ditch a few of the Hydras and Dryads for some other creatures that can generate more +1/+1 counters from Evolve triggers. Perhaps the Elusive Krasis? It would provide another unblockable, as well as more consistent Evolve triggers. In addition, it will most of the time be more mana efficient than the Hydra. Hope that helps =]

Kalonian Hydra would go good here, if you were to edit this deck at all. I have a similar deck but I need to upload it when I get a chance. Love this!
