This deck uses the infinite mana combo between 2 Staff of Domination, Clock of Omens, and Gilded Lotus to play Warstorm Surge or Pandemonium and continue to bounce and cast Arcanis the Omnipotent and kill. Lots of library manipulation and digging. It also uses Fervor so you can draw and dig for Warstorm Surge or Pandemonium.
