It's pretty straightforward, just cast instants and sorceries to get tokens on the field with YP, buff them with Ogre Battledriver, burn them with Guttersnipe, then go in for the kill with a Overloaded Weapon Surge.There are other spells in their for tripping your opponent up, as well as just using them for fuel for Nivmagus Elemental or Nivix Cyclops for another plan for winning.

You want to get down to 60 cards. I'd remove Nivmagus Elemental. He's too slow to really build up and then you have to counter and exile all your spells to make him worth while.

I mainly have him in there as a last-resort option. Plus a 1/2 for either one red or blue mana isn't bad, either.
18 lands is not nearly enough also.
