Deck discussion for Volt Vamps take 3

Why Thought Scour instead of Ponder, there's strong synergy with Delver there and it's overall a better card to get answers. I don't see a whole lot in mill and you may be providing your opponent effective hand size in the form of Flashback with Thought Scour.

I chose Scour because you could drop it as an instant, and it was included before the Delvers entered.The more I think about it, the more I want Ponder instead. Changing.

You can probably afford some utility lands and to sit at 20 even. Consider 4 Sulfur Falls, 5 of each Mountain and Island, and some utility such as Haunted Fengraf to get a dude back when you really need one, or Ghost Quarter to deal with Inkmoth Nexus and Wolf Run.

Add a delver, take out 3 Island and 4 mountain, put in 3 each of Ghost Quarter and Haunted Fengraf.
