Deck that uses low mana cost creatures and spells to be a pain for other decks. Specializes in mid-game supremacy through mana ramp and the ability to trade with opponents really well. Charmbreakers are a really underrated pick since you can recycle your spells almost indefinitely. Undying helps and the reaper really allows you to trade well while deadly allure helps ensure that you consistently get the morbid trigger turn after turn. Depending on the way you want to win, you can use morbid for removal (tragic slip), aggro (hunger of the howlpack) or damage (brimstone volley). Aside from that, you can use any basic lands to replace the nonbasics since abundant growth takes care of mana pretty well. I'd change and playtest lands more depending on what you sideboard if you run basics only but if you have the lands, they're the perfect mix. Comments and suggestions welcome but this is intended to be a budget deck so keep that in mind.
