Style that abuses the ability of Omniscience to overcome mana costs of using burns cards efficiently to kill the opponent off as fast as possible. The deck focuses on drawing outputs (i.e. 1 card for 2-3 cards) and high output burn cards (4 damage burns). Due to the low creature count, the deck attempts to bring out Omniscience within the first 5-6 turns using artifacts as a good base for blank mana such that only 3 more blue mana is required and maybe a few general mana. Why Burn AND Draw? Answer is simply because burn is too inefficient for constant damage. When you burn, you burn your hand fast. Having a draw background ensures a OTK and also bypass counters, useless lands in the hand, etc. In case of something failing, there are plans for certain cases. Time reversal can be used if you are out of cards in your hand or just got a bad draw from your run. For monsters, Talrand should help with a large swarm of drakes as a back-up while all of this madness is going on
