A fun artifact deck a friend and I thought up. It's designed to be used as a scaling multiplayer deck without any infinite combos. The skill cap is rather high for using the deck because quite a lot of math is needed to optimally distribute your mana between proliferation and casting cards, because proliferation actually changes your mana base. The point of the deck is to become too big to be touched and then keep getting bigger. If you want to use it for modern, just switch the Seat of Synods with Islands.
