you can't just throw in random cats for a cat deck. you have to mke them work together.
I would have to agree with Zethmal. you should consider haveing more of a theme to the deck and applying a strategy towards that. check out my Glimmervoid deck as an example http://mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=15952
