This deck can be used offensively or defensively. You have the Balefire Lieges to not only deal dameage but gain life (the same mechanic triggers when the fireman avenger attacks with the battalion mechanic). Once the liege is out your primary attack force is Tajic, the firemane avengers, the Nobilis, Agros Kos, and the spark troopers while your primary defense is the reckoners, spitemares, and enforcers.

If you want to deal damage and gain life, you should consider using Loxodon Warhammer, maybe use that on Hearthfire hobgoblin, the double strike combined with the loxodon warhammer=pain and lifegain.
