I have a question, why not just play plains? seeing that everything can be played with mono plains.

Because he/she is planning to add Ajani Vengeant in the future (If I understood them right) And Ajani costs 2RW

AlexCombs: That, and I have Incinerate and co. in the sideboard, and like you said: Ajani will be added in the near future. MTGFreak: That's also in my sideboard, it's not that great though....and Swell's reinforce ability is what I use, which rocks!
