You cannot run 6 Cathedral of Wars nor can you have 10 City of Brass. 4 is the maximum amount of special land that you can run in a deck. Basic lands are the only card you can run more than 4 of.

Yeah Sliger is right and this deck doesn't function without basic lands. I tried running sample hands and this deck is fast as hell. You just need to keep in those lands to get concordant crossroads and other land based cards in. Really like this deck.
