I would reccomend 4 Voice of Resurgence MB (it's that good), Loxodon Smiter and Path to Bravery. Lay of the land is not ramp as the land goes to your hand, not the field. I don't see why you're playing Elixir SB, or at all. Golgari Charm is SB at most. Heroes' Reunion is not good, I know it triggers archangel but that's it. Otherwise it's just bad. I would also increase the number of archangels to 4. It's the glue that holds your deck together so there's no reason to play less than the maximum. Play between 4 and 5.
