Deck Description

[T2] Boros Raising Valor is a control R and W deck. It uses it's spells to creat lots of tokens, inflict some damage to creatures/players and raising creatures.

How to Play

And the very begining of the game, Monastery Swiftspear and Seeker of the Way are your defensive tools on the field. You're not looking to start a race with them except if the battlefield is clear. Use your spells like Chained to the Rocks, Lightning strike, Wild Slash, Banishing Light and Valorous Stance to keep the battlefield clean until you get a Monastery Mentor. Try to keep a Valorous Stance to protect your Monastery Mentor. Since you have him, the enemy will try to pull it out from the game, and its your key to win.

Once you have your Monastery Mentor on the field, you just need a few weapon's, like Raise the Alarm and Hordeling Outburst. They will fill in the table and will help your Monastery Mentor to play some Prowess's Tokens that will be very useful forward.

The way to win here is simples: Fill in the table, make the game goes to a good range (not so far), removing big threats, then you have Spear of Heliod to increase your creatures power and Break through the line to make some of then unblockable.
Then, go'on free-hitting your enemy 'til it drop 0.

Sideboard: It's focused on the principal archetypes on the field and removing cards.

Collateral to avoyd some Bileblight/Drown in sorrow while doing some damage.
Tormod's Crypt against Delvers.
Erase against Constallations and Doomfucking wakers.
Dark Betrayal against Black threats.
Glare of Heresy against White threats/removals like Suspension Field/Banishing light.
Hushwing Gryff against Enter the Table effects.
One more Valorous Stance if you're going against Jeskai Control.
2 Gods willing because fuckthisjeskaicontrol.

Anyway, Sideboard is not completed yet.

Honorable Mentions:

Chandra is my beloved lady, she is everything to me, i wanna put her here but i didn't see how she could work here. So at least she is here. :D

Brimaz is very strong, would add so much to this composition, otherwise, 2 more drop 3 creature, having a Monastery Mentor to play... Hum... I don't know. =(

Alesha would fit here, but it's the same case of Brimaz, i'm priorizing spells, so...

That's it! Hope you like!

Deck discussion for [T2] Boros Raising Valor

About some cards:

Launch the fleet - It's a good card for a long range game if you have some creatures on the table. In a bad game, it's just a piece of shit.
Break through the Line - It's a curious card, so I decided to try, because the tokens on this deck we're going to be kinda weak.
Outpost Siege - It's a good work against a mass removal. Your enemy will think twice before cleaning the battlefield. Can help with Khans too, helping with the "draw problem".
Spear of Heliod - Hope it works the way I imagine. But I don't know if +1/+1 (or +2/+2 with the Prowess effect) will fix the problem of weak creatures.
