Nekusar is a non-combat life ping deck that works off draw and discard.This is how my deck is currently so things might not be perfect such as mana. The objective is to kill everyone together and as fast as possible. Most spells are non-target so making friends is hard. Nekusar himself is usually a late game thing as he is 5 to cast and easily removed. Use him when out of fuel for the deck or in the middle of a huge combo.Basically get enchants and creatures out then wheel handsAn example combo:Turn 2 Liliana's Caress, Turn 3 Phyrexian Tyranny, Turn 4 Wheel and DealThis combo will cause 24 non-combat damage to all opponents. This is done without rocks or the commander.

I would consider adding Sword of War and Peace, Howling Mine, some board sweepers, Notion Thief, and maybe an Insurrection. I don't like Arjun, Whispersilk Cloak, or Obelisk of Grixis.

Finally updated. I would play insurrection if it wasn't in several of my decks already. Arjun and Obelisk are both gone. Added some spot removal instead of board wipes. I did add Damnation and Archfiend of Ifnir. There are a lot of board wipes in my meta.
