Dude,if your doing shaman tribal you should really think about leaf crowned elder, itll just get you free guys with kinship, since all you creatures are shaman.
Also, dont forget that nameless inversion isnt a pump spell when you have doran on the board, else youll just ruin yourself :P

Greaves is both protection for doran and haste for faster killing. Green sun is banned in moderm :( sylvan is cool but noble basically covers all the colours, alongside harbingers and farseeks i can easily get a black source (murmuring bosk or tomb)
I had considered asceticism and had played it for a while but when i refined it i decided to drop it for more reliable turn4 kills, which can happen with tower defense :D

Really like this :D Made a treefolk deck myself but couldnt resist Doran the Siege tower combo, originally had it with hold the gates from gatecrash but now ive stuck it in with tower defense, makes for a pretty nasty kill spell.

I really like Garruk here as its always nice to get more cards into hand when your piling out the pain.

Holy shit your right. i never even thought of the mana draining out :l Thats not even nearly as good as i thought. guess it means you just have to spam it off with instants or something :/ i suppose with some blue it would be nice with some draw spells and then play even more spells.

Also, in regards to Cumulative Upkeep. Braid of Fire is insane :O

Graft is cool but risky with eggs in a basket.
Lelyline would be a lot of fun in multiplayer gmaes
Cards will always do exaclty what they say theyll do for as long as theyre around, so yes thats a lot of land stealing after a while.

Also thomas, im not entirely sure why, but i thought youd particularly like the Plaxcaster frogling :D

@ ageless, yeah ill put him in, just didnt find him in these particular travels.
and yes it could be frustrating but it still seems pretty good. Turn 1 doesnt have many options so you may as well set up to get more options later when you have the mana for it

The only change i would consider is putting in a way to put -1/-1 counters on your own guys for the added benefits, otherwise this seems really fun :D

You could use duress until you can get thoughtseizes then just swap em around as you see fit, theyre pretty similar and hopefully wont mess with your mana while still providing the hand management
