A budget build. Control the board and replay your own creatures for their \"comes into play\" effects with Mark of Eviction for the win. Use Coiling Oracle and Carven Caryatid to draw through your deck, Mystic Snake and Mana Leak in conjunction with Mark of Eviction to counter key creature threats. Teferi makes everythign better by letting you play your creatures at EOT. Halcyon Glaze typically for the kill. Obvious non-budget inclusion would probably be SSS.

I really like the deck, but you might want to add some more bounce spells so you don't have to wait until a mark of eviction to play it. maybe some card drawing, and more counters would make the deck sing, seeing as if mark is countered, the plan for the deck is pretty much over.
