The thing is...Running 12 land fetchers in my main deck means i will probably be able to play my opening hand as long as i have green. The reason I keep path to exile in there is because it is just one W. It would be dangerous to play if there were double color casting costs but I have stayed away from them as much as possible. I dont have any more Child or Archangel...so...boo me :(

@Lazyaznkid: Its EDH, min. 100 cards.
@Maleficus: I will take a look into those, I put white knight in because its a great card...and very classic White themed. This isnt in any way a competitive deck its just meant to be hilarious fun.
Your suggestions:
Suture Spirit : (Note that split cards and hybrid cards count as all of their colors.) In fact, if a card contains a mana symbol anywhere on it that's not one of your commander's colors, you can't include it in that deck!
Kami of the Honored Dead: A bit expensive to cast...but I will give it some thought over other non-spirit creatures I've included.
Moonlit Strider: Nice, must have been too tired when i looked through my collection, I will add it.
Oyobi, Who Split the Heavens: In my casual circle there is a ruling we added for extra fun: "There can only be one!" legend in your deck : your commander.
Twilight Drover: Would love to include him if I had him or was playing with lots of tokens.
Torii Watchward: Never liked the art much...but I will think about it.

Casola, that is a fantastic suggestion...The reason i took the stormblade is its another black/white spell. Springjack knight is 100 times better though, i must have missed it in my search. Tehmaster, tidehollow (i assume tidehollow sculler) is an uncommon, this is for a pauper decklist and only commons are allowed.

Is one of the ideas here to copy the suspend cycle cards? If so...

From the Magic online Rulebook:

420.5j If a copy of a spell is in a zone other than the stack, it ceases to exist. If a copy of a card is in any zone other than the stack or the in-play zone, it ceases to exist.

Your Reality Strobe and Arc Blade copys dont suspend.

Yea, I don't know, I went down another route. This deck is quite fun against Blue Control, since there are so many 2 mana spells in here and the counter-top engine running means blue control has a lot of problems unless they are running cryptic command...in which case negate says hello :). In the worst case I build up some mana and try again...Proteus Staff is great snuck in on turn 2 with Sol Ring...(I only have one of them so its in my list...Its also great for turn 3 Polymorph.

I dont see the point of running Seat of the Synod even if I did play with Shackles, Colossus, and Tinker...How would it help. I prefer blue to Progenitus Order's green because blue gives me 3 seperate way of "polymorphing" with the singleton Reweave in there just to make absolutely sure my deck doesnt get locked down by two Thought Hemorhage/Cranial Extraction.etc

The Reckless Abandons are a great idea, before the spark elementals hit the graves, you abandon them and do 7 dmg for 2 mana. Cool deck idea, looks like lots of fun.
