Deck Description

I've been saying for years, "Tibalt isn't that bad." Did they listen? Of course not. Now look at them.
Harness the Storm is exactly what Tibalt needed, and Drownyard Temple isn't bad either. Even better, when multiple Harness the Storm are on the battlefield at once, they'll all trigger separately, letting you cast two or more copies of your spell out of the graveyard.
I'll admit, Tibalt isn't the best discard outlet that could be put here, but I wanted to build him a good deck. I think I did okay.
Suggestions are always welcome.

How to Play

How to play? Take a guess. You've got a lot of burn, a playset of a phoenix that comes back when you use that burn, a chaos-happy half-devil Planeswalker, and an enchantment that gives you an extra cast off of each instant and sorcery you cast, provided there's another copy in the graveyard. It's like a well-oiled machine that's allergic to oil. And yet....

Deck discussion for Modern Harness the Tibalt

Flame fullside seems like a funny card, but if multiple fullsides go off all it means is that your cards will get the ability to deal one multiple times, they will still only deal one with each tap. How about fiery temper in that slot? With madness you can cast it even if it gets pitched by tybalt! Having it in there would be like running 4 more lighting blots. :D

True. Flame Fusillade I didn't really add to go with Harness the Storm. I added it for extra reach- all my lands, creatures, enchantments, and Planeswalkers could ping!- and to give me a little more in my 4-drop slot to even out my mana curve. Fiery Temper would be better though.... Yeah, I'll swap it out. Thanks. :)

I can see fullside stealing games if they go long... but against most people I see this killing them before you have enough permeners untapped to really kill them?

I do like the card though... I'll have to get hold of one...

Throw Fusillade in with Brain in a Jar, though, and you can cast it for essentially one mana, leaving all but two permanents open to ping.
