Well, you don't have much to do in the first 4 turns, but be sure that you have an Unexpected Results in your hand (mulligan to 4 if needed!). After you get your turn 4 Omniscience in to play your opponents will feel the (unexpected) pain. Sidenote: those shocklands aren't really needed. You can use guildgates instead of those. It will most likely not slow you down that much.

Agreed on the Bolas, Thoughtflare can be handy when you can discard a Mystic Retrieval (if you have only 3 mana left).Bolas should get in for a Wurm I guess?
Honestly I'd get rid of the Giant. If you prefer the Wurm then go for it. I like Urban Evolution over Thoughtflare cause it gives you some mana ramp if you need it.
