Edit 14/12/2017:Sideboarded 2 Obliterate. Swap them with 2 Decrees when playing against blue decks - trust me on this one ;) Simple concept based on the fact that Jhoira can suspend ANY card. You simply cheat those in with her ability, and this can result in a series of very unfortunate events for your opponents.
Without being too specific, you have to suspend Decree of Annihilation, and before it wipes the board you'll suspend Searing Wind or the Leviathan/Kraken. Board gets wiped, and the following turn you'll cast a CMC8 spell.I suggest you suspend two or three Searing Wind at the same time, because you'll look way cooler when they hit.If you have Paradox Haze, casting Time Stretch basically means you can suspend-play anything you want without worries. 2 turns = 4 upkeeps = 4 time counters removed.Timebugs are not really that crucial, but they can speed things up if you're in a bad spot, or delay your nukes if you see the opponent having countermeasures.Same goes for Mana Leak - if the tries some Dark Ritual into Obliterator kind of funny business. Lightning Bolt is used as a cheap early turn creature killer.The rest of the deck is basically searching for cards and drawing.
