Deck Description

I've always been a huge fan of Mind over Matter. It really represents blue.
So here's a couple tricks you can pull out.

Mind over matter + Static Orb
Mind over matter + Temple Bell (must use elixir of immortality)
Mind over matter + Thieving Magpie + Hermetic Study
Mind over matter + Chalice of life. I really like this one and you don't need many cards in hand. With Ivory Towers & Elixirs, you should have plenty of life depending on how aggressive the opponent is playing.

Disenchant is your worst nightmare.

Might be flawed (like if I didn't think about something that could screw me over), so feel free to point those out.

Deck discussion for Mind over Matter tricks

I really like this deck design Razka! You never fail to amaze me.
I'm kinda' thinking of splashing White in here to somehow hasten it. 4 Enlightened tutor is a must for this kind of deck. Story Circle and Peacekeeper could buy you some time. Nevermore and Devoted Caretaker could stop your opponents from playing spells like Disenchant. And stuffs like Swords to Plowshares and Wrath of God could really help.

You could add in Buried Ruin / Academy Ruins for Artifact Recovery.
I would use Emrakul, the Aeons Torn instead of Elixir of Immortality, you could just discard it easily to avoid self mill when using Mind of Matter + Temple Bell instead of using Mind Over Matter + High Tide + Prosperity. It just saves a lot of space.
Mind Over Matter + Thieving Magpie + Hermetic Study is already an automatic win.

Overall, another fantastic deck! Keep it coming Razka! (o^-')b

You know, I wanted to make it white splashed from the beginning too. But I feared that it would screw me up, because of the utterly ridiculous cost of MoM. It has 4 blue mana out of 6, and in a 2 colored deck it might be quite hard to play it.
I need to try it extensively and see if it works, or if the mana screws me.

Hermetic Study goes right in, I didn't think of that at all, and it is awesome :D
I also changed a couple of lands. As for the Elixir, I'm not sure. If I decided to splash to white, I would surely do it. But for now, I removed High Tide and Prosperity for Hermetic Study, it's a lot more effective.

Thanks a lot Mashitta :)

Not sure why the hell this doesn't have way more likes!!!
I will give it one.
Sorry this deck got passed over.

I would consider one card...something like Boomerang or Eye of Nowhere or Capsize. Something of that sort.
As you said, Disenchant is your worst nightmare.

So, they cast Disenchant on your card, you simply Boomerang it back to your hand, and replay it next turn. And you live to fight another day.

Nice deck!
