Why is this deck not standard in any format?

what are the standard replacements?

I might take out blood artist and max crypt ghast for sure... The extortion is better that blood artist's ability... so your creatures dont have to die seeing as you only run 9 total... Like i said i would use more extort cards than blood artist... just a thought... and crypt ghast add additional mana

lightning STRIKE is standard but 3 damage 2 mana

I know but shock is standard

If your ever going to make it standard, a good card would be shock, 1 mana, 2 damage to target creature or player. also bomber corps might work for more damage. To help get more cards out, use wild evocation for more burn. I would definitely use Cinder Elemental, it deals at least 4 damage or more

Try adding some swamp and add murder, doom blade, master of cruelties, and possibly Rakdos, Lord of Riots.
