Not gonna lie, I love the Cipher mechanic. I know it's terrible, but I like it.So anyway some friends want to get into Pauper and my last deck seemed a little too convoluted for me, so I decided to have a scroll through my various boxes of commons and came up with something of a Rogue/Evasion theme that I thought my favourite Cipher cards would slot in nicely too.Then I found out that Jace's Phantasm is legal and made that the boss card of the deck.
This is kind of an aggro/mill hybrid. While you do need only 10 cards in grave for Phantasm to get bigger, just mill them anyway since all the effects are basically continuous. Kind of a by-product of their nature.Other than that, all your creatures have evasion. Go sideways!
