Look, Sarkhan the Mad is one of the WORST Planeswalkers in existence. I get that.But I thought it'd be funny to make an Oathbreaker deck for him and try to make him somewhat usable! And how am I doing that? By adding in a heap of self-discard to trigger the Madness mechanic, with some Proliferate added in to help keep Sarkhan around for a little bit.
Quite simply put with this deck, you want to cycle through your deck to proc Madness effects and build up a board that way in order to get out stuff to beat face with.There is also some token generation for Sarkhan's second ability, which is never a bad thing and if you make enough of them, you can use his ult to basically win the game.Tormenting Voice is here to help proc Madness, especially combining nicely with Sarkhan's first effect. And before you ask, using the Khans of Tarkir artwork for this deck is mandatory.
