id suggest forked bolt over fire/ice. it's a good idea though. sideboards are the most creative part of a deck, and shows whether you know what your doing or not. you should make one.

Thanks for the feedback. If I planned on hardcasting fire/ice then forked bolt would be the best choice, but since i only plan on using it with the scepter then Ilike the flexibility since I could draw and tap with fire/ice as well. As far as a side board goes I would make one if I planned on getting serious with this deck, but since its just a casual deck for use in my playgroup I thought i'd just skip it. Once again thank you for your thoughts
I suggest Electrostatic Bolt for tossing at Stuffy Doll. Otherwise, Flame Slash from Rise of the Eldrazi should work beautifully with Repercussion.
