I like how it looks, I would suggest Into the Roil instead of Disperse. It's essentially the same card but being able to kick Into the Roil for card draw would be nice in late game if you have nothing better to do with the mana. Twisted image could be cool for your Plated Seastrider and Darkslick great. Calcite Snapper is awesome, I tend to use burn decks and Calcite Snapper can really mess that up. Nice Deck, I hope it works well for you.
