Cut the number of Marrow-Gnawers to 2 and play Diabolic Tutor. You need more removal in the deck - drop the Throat -Slitters ,or Locus Misers for Doom Blade, Tragic Slip etc. Could add Mutilate as a board Clearer. Pack Rat is awesome if he stays on the battlefield for a turn with open mana. Tutoring for him is just too strong to pass up. Ravenous Rats is one of the best 2 drop rats, consider a place for it in your deck.
