Ever since I saw Sarkhan, Fireblood spoiled for M19, I was in love with the card, and when I saw Ozzy Kelly's victory with this deck at SCG Modern Classic Philadelphia, I knew I had to make own version.

It certainly is. I just have Blood Moons in the list because I already own a playset, and I just hate Apline Moon because I don't like giving my opponent a land that taps for any color. ^^'
Looks like an interesting dragon deck, maybe consider adding Lathliss, Dragon Queen, to further benefit off your dragons, or Dragonlord's Servent to make your dragons cheaper, or, if you make this deck a legacy deck instead of a modern one, a Dragonspeaker Shaman to further reduce the cost of your dragons.
The only other dragon I've been thinking of working into the list is Thundermaw Hellkite.
I'd say that Thundermaw Hellkite is a sideboard card, but it does work in the deck, so it's up to you.
