Look at his mana curve, every card costs one mana. Students of Warfare are too good to be a two of. Other wise....I've never seen a deck that makes Scythe Tiger really good.
holy shit this deck looks fun, but there really is no late game strategy. I don't think noble hiarch is really needed in this deck
