A fairly straight forward Blue/White heroic deck.
Obviously the goal is to activate your heroic cards as much as possible. The key cards here are Hidden Strings, Aqueous Form, and Fabled Hero. Hidden strings allows you to activate up to four heroics in a single turn and continue to activate 2 every turn you can get damage off with the Ciphered creature, all for only 2 CMC! In addition you can essentially give your huge creatures vigilance while also activating their heroics. Aqueous Form is just as important as Hidden Strings, it gives any monster its heroic and un-blockable for just one mana. Fabled Hero is the heavy hitter of the deck, with double strike and a heroic that gives him +1/+1's he can be deceptively powerful. for example, once you have him on the field and you give him Aqueous Form he's already dealing 6 damage alone that can't be prevented, put an ordeal of Thassa on him and in two turns you've won.
