Main Deck (70 cards)

Sideboard (0 cards)

No sideboard found.

The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

This deck is meant for casual play with my friends, though I am into constantly improving and refining it. Currently, I'm working on thinning the deck of extraneous cards, I'm having a bit of a problem with it. Not doing too bad against my friends, though. Any deck advice is appreciated!

The basic idea is boosting up my zombies with Warchief, Baron, and Reaper, who also fills the role of building up zombie tokens to boost Soulless Ones, my main big hitters. An early Entrails Feaster grows really big really quickly, especially in 3-5 player games. Tendrils of Corruption and Consume Spirit are mostly there to deal with my friend's control deck, and Noxious ghouls are deliciously anti-elf.

My favorite starting hand so far is Swamp+Dark Ritual+3 Festering Goblins. Only drawn it once, but it was pretty awesome.

Still trimming down here and there, if you've checked out this deck, come back occasionally! This is definitely a fluid design that changes as I modify my main deck.

Deck discussion for Zom-nom-nom

I would start by trying to decide what your paths to victory are, or the theme of your deck. Although 'Zombie' is a theme, I don't think in itself it is a specific enough theme to create a reasonable deck, as Zombie decks can vary a lot. Try to keep the deck to 60 cards. Once you have decided how you want your deck to work, carefully pick the cards for it... if a creature or spell card is a fundemental part of the deck, you really need to have four of that card in your deck, as you want the card to be drawn from the library in every game. Single cards might only be drawn every 3 or 4 games...

I am no expert, but my Zombies to get a good win to lose ratio.

Please feel free to look through my Zombie decks.

Well, I took out some of the chaff, but then picked up a few cards that just seemed right.

I'm not sure about black market, the main reason it's there is for Consume Spirit. I keep those in the deck because of the 5 people I most commonly play with, 4 of them have white lockdown spells, such as Pacifism and similar.
