The deck is mathematically built with basic predictive analytics that apply in Business Analyst . 60.62 cards result... I had to manually adjust it.
Strip mine indicates that there must be one (1.48), but that is because in many Old School variants it's restricted to one copy. For this reason, in the metrics the value of the strip mine stands out several times out of normal behavior.
Add more copies?

The cards that the system would recommend adding would be (in order): + 1 Psionic Blast, + 1 Argothian Pixies (special behavior) + 1 Sylvan Library, + 1 Fireball. For no other cards does the system suggest that more copies than the current ones should be included.
Argothian Pixies and Erhnam Djinn can be 3/ 4 copies o 4/3 copies ... regardless of order. The final value is similar, depending on which value is higher, decks with Argothian Pixies have more copies, but fewer decks include it. The opposite happens with Erhnam Djinn, almost all decks carry it but the result tends to 3 more easily. Therefore, Argothian Pixies has less consistency than Erhnam, but the number of copies tends to be higher.

Remove cards from the deck?

The system detects some cards as suboptimal, logically the number of cards must be an integer. Therefore, if it's necessary to remove any cards from the deck, the first suggestion would be to remove a Mishra's Factory and then 1 Chain Lightning.
SIDEBOARD:

Sideboard, according to the first criteria, I can include 2.6 Whirling Dervish (2 / 3 copies) in this case one Energy Flux is out. But the result always gave a sideboard of 16/17 cards. So I had to iterate two more times, making the criteria stricter. That's why it has been adjusted again, and the Whirling Dervish is out.
The final result is practically identical if I change the third Energy Flux for a third Shatter. There is practically no difference.
If copies need to be discarted to add new cards according to the metagame, the first recommendations the system makes are:
1º - One Blue Elemental Blast;
2º - In this order: x1 Tranquility and x1 Control Magic.
3º - Red elemental blast is the last option.
As a limitation, I can only ask which card to remove, not how many copies. That is, the system is not intelligent enough to understand if it should remove two copies of the same card from the same card.
Under no circumstances should the anti-artifacts (shatter, energy flux...) go below four copies and five is recommended. Six would be sub-optimal. Only advisable if the metagame justifies it, but mathematically there is no justification.
