The aim is to play a Simic Manipulator and or Spirit Bonds and start stealing/making creatures as fast as possible.The main bonuses about this deck are that:-All spells are low mana cost. This allows for early aggression and means you don't need as much mana and lowers the risk of being mana screwed.-Bouncing creatures allows for good blocking potential against aggro decks. Life gain is also a bonus.-Most creatures are flying. -The are a few ways to disrupt your opponent. They range from straight out counter spells, pseudonymous creature removal such as Mirror Mockery, Diminish and Simic Manipulator.-Late game relevance. Whitemane Lion and Spirit Bonds can be equated to pay three mana: get 1/1 flyer. Simic Manipulator works in a similar manner.I am planning to fit Topplegeist from Return from Inistrad in there somewhere when the set comes out.
That turn three...Aiming to get a turn 3 Simic Manipulator cast and evolve proc and steal.The one drops, Faerie Miscreant and Cathedral Sanctifier allow a turn 2 Mirror Mockery and turn 3 free token to use as an ETB proc. Bouncing creatures and Spirit Bonds = extra gimmicky fun
